Meal Mate is a service concept that is based on a mobile application. The service supports the user when having regular meals within a group of 3 to 20+ people. The concept is focused on families and teams that have problems finding suitable meals due to limitations and differences in their eating habits.
Based on the intersection of individual nutrition profiles, the system provides the user with a selection of recipes. This selection is suitable for every person joining the meal. The profiles are based on nutrition related data such as allergies, illnesses, taste or sportive aims. To optimize the recommendation regarding the amount of food further data such as size, age, weight, gender and everyday activities can be added to the profile.
The modular recipe system included ensures meal variety for every group.
